I read a post yesterday on aural candy’s vox blog that made me very happy.
Essentially, Toshi (ex-X Japan), had a visit with Yoshiki recently. And is going to lay the vocals for the song Without You, which Yoshiki wrote for hide. This comes a month or two after Yoshiki’s myspace blog entry where he mentioned that Toshi had the perfect voice for it…
I don’t think that this is an x japan reunion…Pata and Heath haven’t been mentioned…but it *does* look like it will certainly be a reunion of friends…
I hope this works out for them both. It’d be nice to see them perform together again…to even hear them together again.
Just before I read Auralcandy’s blog entry yesterday, I had written a fanfictionesque story…hide’s spirit talking to and watching over Yoshiki.
Coincidence, ne?
I swear when I read that last night, I stopped breathing for a second…I was so excited…so very excited…
